Christmas in the Movies 3: Blocking the Grinches that Steal our Joy

So much hype and attention goes to the running backs in football.
Whether it was Walter Payton, Emmett Smith or Priest Holmes,
the sports highlights always focus on these ball carriers.
But their success goes to those whom opened the line and
destroyed the opposition to keep them alive time after time after time
— their blockers. In fact, Walter “Sweetness” Payton would always
give his game balls to a blocker or the front four because
he knew that the value of a good block.

In life, we are faced with all kinds of Grinches who sneak in
to steal our joy, not just at Christmas, but all through the year.
